Postscript Fonts

The Adobe^TM^ Postscript fonts can be used in a LaTeX document in place of the default Computer Modern fonts provided with TeX and LaTeX. The apsfonts.sty package provides new commands for selecting and using the Postscript family of fonts. For example, the TeX string

This sentence uses the {\ptmfamily Times Roman} font.

uses the Adobe Times Roman font to highlight the words “Times Roman”. For more information on the use of font families in LaTeX, see the typefaces section of the online reference manual.
